I got labs and followed up with a doctor to understand why, not because of a trend. The labs showed an iron deficiency and a few other things, so I started supplements based on that. I do not publish the numbers. Hair improved more clearly than my nails. Both are pre-shampoo for me, but I do not use them in the same wash. One or the other, on the scalp only.<\/p>\n        <p>Once every two weeks I use a clarifying shampoo instead: either <a href=\"https:\/\/link.amazon\/B0dQSaMKz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L'Or\u00e9al<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/link.amazon\/B08V5SUP3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Giovanni<\/a>.<\/p>\n        <p><a href=\"https:\/\/link.amazon\/B0f8czCVO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nizoral<\/a> once a week only.<\/p>\n        <p>Conditioner: I use whatever I have. <a href=\"https:\/\/link.amazon\/B029vDoBe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Giovanni<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/link.amazon\/B06MEL0SA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Olaplex No.5<\/a>, or Urban Care conditioner.
